3.1 Printing Screen Parameters

3.2 Drying Infrared heat, 120~350℃, 1min, or optimized by customers.
3.3 Firing This product has a wide range of firing temperature. The peak temperature is 10-40 degree lower than conventional , when used in PERC cells. Customers can optimize the sintering process. The following sintering process for customers’ reference, the temperature in the diagram is the actual temperature of the silicon wafer.

3.4 Welding Welding technique: manual or automatic welding Coating of welding strip : Sn-Pb or Sn-Pb-Ag
3.5 Paste Preparation Stirring:The silver paste should be thoroughly mixed before use. It needs to gently hand stirring 3 to 5 minutes with a spatula. It should be mixed 3 to 5 minutes with a planetary mixer, if not used a long time.(Note: Improper stirring may change the rheology of the paste and its printing characteristics.) Dilution:Dilution is not necessary, if you need, please use the thinner we recommend. 3.6 Storage and Safety Storage: Storage in stable environment at 5℃-25℃.Storage in high temperature(>25℃) or in low temperature(<5℃) could cause irreversible changes in the material. Shelf life: The shelf life of 6 months(unopened),if used, please canned and stamped tape to save, the shelf life should not exceed 7 days. Safety: Please refer to the product MSDS.
